These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website provided by Overwatch Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms.
1. Services Provided
Overwatch Group offers elite chauffeur and private security transport services, including but not limited to:
- Secure chauffeur-driven transfers
- Close protection support (by request)
- VIP and executive transport
- Travel planning and route security advisory
All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Final service agreements will be confirmed via written communication or contract.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone.
- A quote will be provided upon request and is subject to acceptance before service is confirmed.
- We may request partial or full prepayment depending on the nature and duration of the booking.
- Prices are bespoke and vary based on client requirements, distances, and protection levels.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges up to the full amount, at our discretion.
- In the event of operational disruptions (e.g., vehicle issue, personnel unavailability), we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate travel information (pickup/drop-off, times, etc.)
- Behave respectfully and lawfully toward Overwatch Group operatives
- Avoid any illegal or prohibited items inside our vehicles
- Notify us of any special requirements in advance (medical, security, etc.)
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
- We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and expect clients to do the same.
- Any operational details or personnel information shared with you must be treated with discretion.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Overwatch Group is not liable for:
- Delays due to force majeure (weather, traffic, police actions, etc.)
- Loss or damage to personal items during transit
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our service
Our maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Insurance & Licensing
All our vehicles and operators comply with UK licensing and insurance regulations. Additional close protection services are delivered by operatives trained to industry standards.
8. Website Use
Use of our website is at your own risk. You may not:
- Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Copy, distribute, or modify content without written permission
- Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the Scottish courts.
